The Fortune is the first new London theatre built after World War One. It's a miniature version of the bigger West End venues surrounding it with just 435 seats, making it the perfect setting for its long-running tenant, The Woman In Black. As soon as you step through the doors of this tiny theatre you practically enter the auditorium. There is no grand foyer or large bar area, just the most ornate and beautiful theatre space you can imagine. Opened in 1924, it's a genuine gem in the heart of London’s theatreland.
