Book via the box office by calling the theatre's friendly, helpful team on 0844 871 7626. They will also be happy to answer any questions.
Are you planning to collect pre-paid tickets on the day? If so, they'll ask for your booking reference and the card you paid with as proof of purchase. The cardholder will need to sign for the tickets.
You can pick up your pre-booked tickets on the day of the performance, from one hour before the start of the show.
If you want to book your tickets in person, head for the venue's box office inside the building on Russell Street. It's open for business between Monday and Saturday, 10am-8pm.
STAR stands for the Society of Ticket Agents and Retailers. Make sure you find a STAR accredited online theatre ticket retailer. Just look for the official STAR logo on their website. If there isn't a logo they are not STAR accredited, which means you're unprotected if something goes wrong.
Unlike non-members, STAR members are bound by strict rules to ensure you're properly protected. They'll stand by you if you're not happy, show the face value of tickets clearly and highlight any issues with stage views before you buy.
Many online sellers let you print their own tickets from home instead of picking them up in person or getting them sent by mail. It's faster, more environmentally friendly and cost-effective. Just bear in mind you need to print a separate ticket for every individual in your party.
